Objective:

To utilize GPT-Chat in creating a personal development plan that integrates AI tools for achieving set goals over the next year.

Description:

Participants will work in small groups to explore how they can apply GPT-Chat in personal and professional settings to boost productivity, creativity, and personal well-being.

Steps:

Reflection (5 minutes):

Each participant spends a few minutes writing down their key takeaways from the course and areas of personal or professional life they wish to improve or transform.

Group Brainstorming (10 minutes):

In small groups, participants share their insights and discuss how GPT-Chat can be applied to these areas. Each group uses GPT-Chat to explore questions, generate ideas, and discuss potential implementations.

Development Plan Creation (15 minutes):

Using the insights and ideas from the brainstorming session, each participant drafts a personalized development plan. This plan should include specific goals, steps to achieve them using GPT-Chat, and a timeline. Participants are encouraged to think creatively about how to integrate AI into routine practices and decision-making processes.

Sharing and Feedback (10 minutes):

Groups reconvene, and each participant shares their plan with the group. Others provide feedback, suggesting enhancements or additional ideas. This peer review process leverages collective knowledge and diverse perspectives to refine each plan.

Commitment and Closing (10 minutes):

To conclude the exercise, participants commit to one immediate action they will take following the workshop to initiate their development plan. The facilitator encourages maintaining a network through which participants can share progress and hold each other accountable.

Los siguientes son algunos recursos para reflexionar sobre el papel de la tecnología en nuestra vida y en el momento actual de la humanidad. Estos contenidos, generados hace algunos años y antes del boom de la inteligencia artificial, muestran que el cambio que estamos viviendo era predecible. ¿Qué sigue?¿Cómo adaptarnos? Sin duda acá hay algunas reflexiones importantes de mentes que llevan años pensando esto. 

Otro de los temas críticos es el surgimiento de la consciencia, un tema fascinante. Acá un científico con un espectro bastante amplio que recapitula varias de las teorías de consciencia a la fecha, y particularmente interesante que es alguien que se dedica a explorar la consciencia desde (en un principio) un enfoque computacional. 

Una de las reflexiones más importantes a mi juicio sigue siendo la película de Kubrick 2001:Odisea en el espacio.
